The College Master
The College Master holds the intellectual vision of TGS College. This role oversees the curriculum, sets academic direction, and represents the institution publicly.
The Board of Stewards
The Board of Stewards holds fiduciary and strategic authority over the institution. It appoints and reviews the College Master and protects TGS College from outside commercial or political influence.
The Ethical Stewardship Council
This council includes the College Master, the School Masters, the Chair of Academic Craftsmanship, and external advisors. It reviews new programmes, partnerships, and policies before they proceed, with its reasoning published openly.
The Chair of Academic Craftsmanship
This independent role audits course quality across TGS College. Every syllabus is reviewed, and any course can be sent back for redesign if standards are not met.
Our Faculty Leadership
TGS College faculty are led by experienced Maîtres, supported by Compagnons who complete a structured teaching apprenticeship before joining the classroom.
