Returns and Refund Policy

At TGS College, we are committed to providing high-quality education. Ensuring the satisfaction of our students. Our Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which students may request refunds for tuition fees and other associated costs.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Course Cancellation by TGS College: If TGS College cancels a course for any reason, students will receive a full refund of the remaining tuition fees paid for that course based on the proportion of the course completed.
  2. Withdrawal Before Course Start Date: Students who withdraw from a course before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund, minus any non-refundable administrative fees.
  3. Withdrawal After Course Start Date: We do not refund after the course start date.
  4. Special Circumstances: In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, students may apply for a special consideration refund. These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  1. Administrative fees
  2. Application fees
  3. Materials or textbooks provided as part of the course
  4. Exam fees

3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, students must follow these steps:

  1. Submit a refund Request here
  2. Provide Supporting Documentation
  3. Refunds take 7 to 16 working days from the day of approval. Refund approval/rejection takes 7 working days. Students will be notified of the decision within 7 business days of submitting the refund request.

4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  1. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible. For payments made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 16 business days of approval. Students will receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed.

5. Appeals
If a refund request is denied, students have the right to appeal the decision. Appeals must be submitted in writing to the TGS College administration office within 14 business days of receiving the denial notification. The appeal should include any additional information or documentation that supports the student’s case. The appeal will be reviewed, and a final decision will be communicated within 14 business days.
